EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
Livingstone Institute of Business and Engineering Studies is a public TEVET provider under the Ministry of Technology and Science. The Institute is inviting suitable qualified personnel to fill the following position.
Responsible and accountable TO: Maintenance Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE: To maintain and clean the surroundings, the flowers and lawns in order to ensure a conducive learning and working environment.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- To clean daily the surroundings in order to ensure a clean environment.
- To maintain flowers and lawns properly in order to ensure pleasant surroundings.
- To clean daily the workshops, classrooms, and hostels in order to ensure a conducive working and learning environment.
- To assist the Maintenance Supervisor with preventive maintenance works
- Any other duties as directed by supervisor or management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 certificate
- Trade test certificate will be an added advantage
- Two years’ experience.
OTHER ATTRIBUTES
- Pro – active and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Hard working.
- Able to speak in English.
