1. ADMIN MANAGER
– Help arrange documentation for foreign managers coming into the country with immigration.
– Arrange accommodation for the department managers coming into the country and also ensure there is a driver for pick up at the airport.
– execute effectively all admin duties assigned once given.
– Supervise the team to ensure they meet their KPIS and set monthly goals.
– Ensure that all stock has been procured accordingly and that the admin officers have retired the necessary receipts .
QUALIFICATIONS
– Degree or better in business admin or any related field.
