Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.
Lead and mentor junior analysts in the team.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
Conducting detailed business analysis to identify the needs of stakeholders and develop solutions for business problems.
Performing data modeling, data quality assessment, data profiling, and report development.
Designing and implementing strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.
Translating business needs into technical requirements and guiding the design of technology solutions.
Collaborating with project managers and other staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Playing a key role in the testing and roll-out of new software or technology solutions.
Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and the company’s IT department to ensure alignment and understanding.
Managing system upgrades, changes, and deliveries, and supporting the needs of company users.
Handling the Incident and Anomaly Process to ensure successful resolution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with business process modeling and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
