To provide leadership and drive the retail sales business in the outlets and ensure all set sales targets are met

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of a Diploma in Business related field.

Professional Registration:

None

Minimum Experience :

2 years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in telecoms/FMCG industry

Key Skills:

Familiar with Zamtel products and services OR In-depth knowledge of Zamtel products and services Understand the principles of effective customer services processes
