Title: Head Customer Service

OVERALL PURPOSE

Responsible for managing exceptional customer service through policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the customer service teams internal and or external. Drive an effective customer service culture in the organization.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field

Professional Registration:

ZIM Membership

Minimum Experience :

8 Years working experience in a customer service positions

Key Skills:

Knowledge of CRM systems. Knowledge of negotiation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
