Job Description

Delivering Operational and Service Excellence

  • Prepare extracts VISA and MasterCard.
  • Split VEP report into reversals and charge backs.
  • Balance VEP with VSS report in order to get the total cash withdraws and charge backs.
  • Do a reconciliation for VISA and MasterCard against A009 report
  • Take the difference among the VEP and A009 report to cash not dispensed account.
  • Extract T464 and do a call over against the A009 report
  • Take the difference among the T464 and A009 report to cash not dispensed account.
  • Investigate and reverse entries on the acquirer’s charge back suspense account.
  • Carry out monthly snap checks assigned.

Service Management

  • Attend to ATM related customer complaints.
  • Remove earmarks from customer’s accounts for cash not dispensed transactions.

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
