As a Client manager (Key IT Account Manager/ Sales executive), you’ll be responsible for the management of business relationships with existing and potential clients. You will have an in-depth knowledge of our products, services and solutions. You will ensure that all new client opportunities are handled appropriately to maximise their value. You’ll also manage accounts by using data analysis techniques to gain insights into customer needs or behaviours; then identify appropriate strategies for developing partnerships based on these insights.
Requirements
Works closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, business challenges, and potential solutions.
Works cross-functionally within the Sales organization.
Track and analyze market trends through competitors activities
Develop solutions to drive business growth through strategic account management initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales pipeline by tracking lead generation, pipeline status, and budgeted expenses.
