Job Description

• Cleaning the villas as per style and standards policy and procedures
• Dusting shelves, furniture
• Replenishing amenities used by guests
• Making beds
• Reporting maintenance issues to the head house keeper.
• Any issues relating to guests to be reported to the head house keeper immediately
• Respect guests property and valuables at all times
• Ensure guests laundry is done and returned to the guest within the lodge standards timeline. Any issues pertaining to guests personal belongings needs to be reported immediately to the head house keeper
• Any breakages, missing items, damages must be reported within a timely fashion.
• Maintaining hygiene standards at all times i.e clean uniform daily, no body odour, neatly groomed etc
• Reports to Head housekeeper
