Job Purpose
Our client is seeking a rigorous, dynamic Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Senior
Advisor for the Conservation Programme. S/he will be responsible for research, monitoring, evaluation,
adaptation and learning, and ensuring high quality and timely support to developing
proposals, reporting, and strategic and learning processes.

Responsibilities
These will include
• Design and oversee the monitoring, evaluation, research and learning activities of the
Programme
• Review, adjust and establish KPIs and for the Conservation
Programme, with a focus on activities
• Establish, review, adjust and maintain data collection (using and adapting appropriate
monitoring and evaluation tools – KAP surveys, Management Effectiveness Tools

Required Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree in a relevant field field and/or 7 years of demonstrated professional
experience carrying out similar work
• At least 5 years previous experience related to monitoring, evaluation, research and
learning with non-profict organisation(s) and on large-scale donor-funded project(s)
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research, data collection, analytical and
management skills, proven IT skills including database management and knowledge
of statistical software
