Our Office currently has the following opportunity available for a dynamic individual with energy and initiative, keen to impact from the outset.The positions fall under the Accounts Payables and Credit Functions carrying out assigned tasks and assignments in line with standard operating procedures and accounting principles.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Accounts receivable processing
  • Credit control
  • Supplier acknowledgement and reconciliations
  • Payment processing
  • Invoice capture and processing
  • General administration and financial support
  • Agile in thinking and nimble in decision making.
  • Exhibits high level of financial pragmatism and prudent financial judgment.
  • Assess possible risks.
Skills, Experience & Education
  • Graduated with a Degree in Finance/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent from a reputable institution in the last 2 years
  • Grade 12 O level with 5 credits including English and Mathematics
  • Experience – Not Applicable
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics/ accounting software
