Job description:

PURPOSE

To market jewelry made by Nsanshi Art, facilitate Mine visits by schools and interested groups in the community and provide a Librarian function for the Company’s CSR Mobile Library.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The holder of this position will be required to adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to health, safety, environment and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function.

• Provide marketing for jewelry on social media platforms.
• Conduct online e-commerce/purchasing.
• To manage and design the online purchasing web site, ZRA compliance and worldwide shipping.
• Facilitate Mine visits by school children and other interested community groups.
• Facilitate learning and the development of a reading culture in schools and the community by providing a librarian service for the Company’s mobile library.
• Develop and run programs in schools and communities that promote informal and non-formal reading-based learning.
• Develop and run virtual reality programs to compliment mine visits.
• Contribute to the development and running of school-based literacy and communication programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a Full Grade 12 certificate
• A Degree in Marketing or relevant field from a recognized institution
