Eltaim Investment is a Graphic Design, Printing & Branding firm that has been in business for over 10 years. We are focused on addressing printing and branding needs for our clientele.
EIL seeks to employ a qualified Admin and Marketing Assistant who will serve as a point of contact for walk through customers with enquiries about our services, products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the marketing team.
Our ideal candidate should be goal-oriented with a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running the office
- Maintain cleanliness of the office space
- Participate in product and service Marketing and Sales when assigned Maintain good customer relations
- Provide after sales support to customers
- Maintain records for clients’ preferences and specifications for use in recurrent orders
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Provide timely and accurate monthly reports
- Actively take on additional responsibilities as and when required
Qualification and Skills
- gRAD
- Certificate in Marketing and Sales, experience in Printing and Branding will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in Office Administration and Marketing
