- Drivers must have at least five years driving experience on SinoTrucks.
- Drivers must possess a valid driving license.
- Drivers should be ideally 25-45 years at the time of recruitment.
- Should have a clean driving record and knowledge of highway rules.
- Must possess a valid passport.
- Must have at least 3 years experience on Cross Border heavy haulage vehicles.
- Must produce a clean reference check (criminal reference check).
- Someone with an aptitude for driving.
- Someone who can provide courteous service to customers.
- Mature and responsible.
- Decisive.
- Capable of working independently, self-reliant and self-disciplined.
- Prepared and capable of working on shifts.
- Someone who must be aware and determined to practice all safety rules, methods and procedures.
- Must be willing to undergo a medical examination.
- Must be willing to take impromptu alcohol and drug tests.
- Must commit to undertake continuous training
