Nkongolako is a micro lending institution that provides access to credit to individuals that are secluded from the financial system. Our mission is to ensure that every individual has access to financial services. We were formed in 2018 and currently have 2 branch locations and an online lending platform.
We would like to employ a driven and passionate Assistant Marketing person whose personal goals are aligned with our vision of serving people and giving a helping hand.

Responsibilities
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Excellent communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Should be able to work independently and follow instructions well
- Optimize paid campaigns (app and web) on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Affiliate
- Platforms to improve performance at every step of the conversion funnel.
- Understand the customer behaviors and competitive landscape
- Monitor, optimize and scale marketing tactics across several digital channels
- Help localize creativity and content, with design, marketing associates, and local ops teams
- Create: Build, test, and deploy lifecycle campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across email, push and in-app channels
- Partner with internal marketing teams including design and content to coordinate campaigns, assets, and execution
- To market our products to new and existing customers
- Participate in Marketing campaigns
- Sensitize customers about our products
- Following up on Customers and customers call backs
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, or any related business field or related industry.
- Or a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related business field.
- Create social media graphics and captions
- Plan and execute scheduling plans
- Create original content
- Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients
- Maintain existing brand ambassador relationships
- Manage the various social media platforms and ensure positive customer handling.
- Understand the best practices of main social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc
- Must possess exceptional writing skills and be able to compose engaging and accurate content
- Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team
- Must be resourceful and take initiative even when given minimal direction
