GRADUATE TRAINEES (12)
We offer a limited opportunity to twelve (12) top Graduates w o aspire to join our two (2) year Graduate Trainee program.
The aim of this program is to provide in-depth working knowledge of a leading multi-national brand.
We are ONLY interested in highly talented people who meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelor of science in Engineering
- Computer literacy – well versed with Microsoft Offce Packages
- Not more than 25 years of age
- Fresh University Graduate. Should have graduated this year or 2021
- Preferably No prior work experience
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Basic Leadership attributes which are ready to be harnessed
- Strong Communications skills
The Program;
Graduates will be required to undergo an intensive Management Development preparation for the future roles in the organization based on performance. The following are the key deliverables among others;
- Gain Knowledge, skills and experience across the business
- Delivery of project work and assignments
- Understand and perform duties across several divisions / departments
- Participate in assigned training programs
- Completion of performance and developmental reviews as per agreed program requirements.
