VACANCY
1. VICE CHANCELLOR-Harvest University
The Council of the Harvest University through the Search Committee wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Vice-Chancellor.
2. The Candidate
1. The ideal candidate for the post of Vice-Chancellor, Harvest University must possess a good university education with track records of management of human and material resources.
2. Be a distinguished scholar with an earned PhD with a minimum of 10 years’ experience with demonstrable ability to provide academic, administrative and financial leadership.
3. Be a person of impeccable character and integrity.
4. Must have a track record that is acknowledged nationally and internationally by the academic communities through collaborations, grantsmanship, peer-reviewed scientific publications, book and chapter reviews.
5. Provide leadership of the University successfully in achievement of institutional strategic objectives and promote enhancement of the student learning experience.
3. REMUNERATION
The university offers a competitive remuneration package to the individual appointed to this position
4. TENURE
The Vice-Chancellor is appointed for an initial period of three (3) years which could be renewed for a similar period, subject to performance.
