Revin Zambia Limited wishes to invite applications for the position of Human Resource Officer.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY
- Provide HR support and advice to Supervisors and Line Managers in order to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
- Manage Payroll inputs (end to end) and Payroll related queries.
- Take part in onboarding and offboarding processes and establishment of associated process flows.
- Management of leave application and leave passage payments
- Coordinating all departmental appraisals and performance reviews for staff employees.
- Evaluating staff needs.
- Provide an efficient Human Resource service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
- Perform other duties as required by management from time to time
Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology equivalent
- A minimum of 3 year’s relevant work experience
- A good knowledge of Zambian labour laws is a prerequisite.
- Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) experience is added advantage.
- Experience in payroll management a must.
- Member of ZIHRM
