Zambeef Products PLC is the largest integrated cold chain food products and agribusiness company in Zambia and one of the largest in the Southern Africa region.  It is involved in the primary production, processing, distribution and retailing of beef, chicken, pork, eggs, dairy, fish, flour, stock feed and day-old chicks throughout Zambia and the surrounding region.

KEY ACCOUNTS/BRAND MANAGER– Lusaka (X1)

The Required Skills for this Role Include:

• Managing of all Zambeef product lines, on quality, availability and stock levels.
• Coordinating with the Production & General Managers to ensure performance targets are met and exceeded.
• Supporting Zambeef management in the development of people.
• Managing relationships with Customers, other Zambeef Departments, maintaining a healthy , positive relationship; bringing production and retail together and looking after the export business.
• Managing the weekly Returns with Company guidelines/sop in place.
• Ensuring costs are challenged and investigated regarding key accounts
• Ensuring full understanding of the systems, and required security controls.
• Coordinating of Health and Safety, Environmental issues, Legislative as well as regular monitoring to ensure these areas are maintained at a high level of compliance.

The Required Qualifications are:

• Grade 12 certificate
• A Degree in Marketing Management with an experience Exports in fresh an added advantage.
• Required computer literacy levels
• 3 years experience as a key accounts Manager
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing
• Good use of Pastel and Strong Excel skills
• Detail-orientated with the technical aptitude and ability to perform tasks accurately and comprehensively
