Title: Operations Manager – Mobile Money

OVERALL PURPOSE
Oversee the management of Mobile Money operations by the Back office in line with the overall business plan and in conjunction with the Strategic Partners and Internal stakeholders.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science , Operations Management or Business related degree.
Professional Registration: None
Minimum Experience : •4 years preferably in Telecoms/FMCG Industry
Key Skills: •Local Markets including market trends, •Good understanding of sales and operations management •Knowledge of Mobile banking
