Operational Leadership positions

• Front of House Manager / Executive Housekeeper
• Reservations Manager / Restaurant Manager

General Criteria – Operational Leadership positions include:

• At least 10 Years of Hotel & Restaurant Experience
• At least 5 years of Leadership & Management Experience from the Hotel industry
• Work Experience at large hotels, preferably with international brands
• Relevant Educational Degrees from Hotel or Tourism programs at a reputable University

Admin Leadership Positions

• Human Resources Manager
• Security Manager
• Purchasing Manager
• Training Manager
• Hotel IT Manager

General Criteria – Administration Leadership positions include:

• At least 10 Years of relevant career Experience
• At least 5 years of Leadership & Management Experience
• Relevant Educational Degrees from a reputable University
