We are looking for experienced MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join the Higate Business Solutions team.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall operation and administration of the maintenance and gardens, as well as the appearance and working order of the interior and exterior of the property.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
- Assist the Operations Manager in all tasks as directed and required.
- Schedule current and upcoming work assignments; distribute and sort assignments into and according to identified priorities, including emergency repairs.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance and repairs of finishings, ceilings, flooring, and roofing, water and electrical systems.
REQUIREMENTS – QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Thorough knowledge of and be able to carry out Repair & Maintenance relating to:
- Electrical (Single & Three Phase)
- Air conditioning
- Carpentry
- General building skills
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Tilling
Good knowledge and understanding of customer service.
Must work accurately under pressure
Basic computer skills
Valid Driver’s License
At least 2+year experience in a similar position.
START DATE – TBC
Salary Package:
Basic salary will depend on experience and qualifications
Provident fund: 50/50%
