Interested in being part of our team?Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity which will enable you to play a key role in driving and implementing the People Strategy with global initiatives.A truly valued and proactive member of an inclusive management Team, you will be in charge of:

• Implementing the HR Strategy, rolling out relevant activities and evaluating the success thereof
• Collaborating closely with your operational managers, through coaching, competence development, and customized HR solutions to drive transformation throughout, specifically when it comes to performance enablement, competence development, growth, agile mindset, digitalization

• Foster an inclusive culture within the CC, with a particular focus on diversity and well-being, thereby enabling employees and teams to achieve their full potential
• Coordinate local projects such as the Insight Survey, guiding the leaders in interpreting the results and driving initiatives to continuously improve engagement and growth.
• Work with the local HR managers across the region on all HR issues

What we expect of you?

• A solid background in Human Resources with 5 years’ experience
• Ability to grow and coach others and have leadership experience
• Business minded with the ability to transform business needs to people strategies
• An excellent communicator with interpersonal skills who can motivate others
• Enjoys change and are always looking for better way
• Holds a university degree or similar in Human Resources and have some years of experience in the field
