DUTIES

Cold-calling potential customers to grow market share in the assigned region.
Achieve agreed-upon sales target
Maintain cardio relationships with merchants.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Ensure end-to-end device deployment
Present, promote and sell all products/services to existing and prospective customers
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
Work with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
Analyse the potential of the territory and keep track of sales and status reports.
Gathering of market intelligence.
REQUIRED SKILLS

MS Office skills. (Knowledge of BRM and CRM processes will be an added advantage)
Highly motivated and goal oriented.
Sales experience in telecoms or FMCG will be an added advantage.
Good bargaining, selling, and communication skills
Prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities are important.
Skills in relationship management
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
A diploma in a business course, bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
Having a motorbike license will be an added advantage.
