The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
Overseeing all day-to-day aspects of the administration of testing activities conducted in a testing centre including but not limited to replenishment of supplies and reporting
Supervision of testing candidates
Execution of testing/vendor program policies, procedures and schedules to ensure proper compliance with testing protocols
Managing the operation and facilitating the maintenance of the machines and overall testing environment
Providing routine direction, information, and advisement to students and prospective students in regards to testing policies, procedures, and outcomes
Handling process of payments and bookings
Logging incidents with testing vendors and facilitating resolution
Developing and implementing corrective action plans to any non-compliance cases
The incumbent should at minimum have
Diploma in Business Administration
2+ years in previous test center administration
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Proficiency in English
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to conduct work to a particular standard [no deviations]
