- Ensure the sales team achieve Sales Turnover and PBT as the ABP budget objectives
- Increase Retail sales and market share for JD tractors through Volume retail sales of tractors and farm equipment. Manage fast turnaround of stocks to reduce the number of aged inventory in our stocks.
- Maintain average sales margin for all tractors and equipment at 20% through the FY 2016-17 to boost our revenue and profitability
- Optimize Expenses and Reduce the Receivable accounts below the acceptable maximum period of 90 days upon invoice and delivery of units. The overdue receivable must be less than 10% of the overall Debtors
- Carry out Sales and Marketing Campaigns to increase Product awareness, Brand Positioning and activate sales of tractors and farm equipment within our AOR including marketing activities sub as per the shared with OEM
- Create and develop key accounts in Commercial/Large ag and amongst the small/medium
- Create and develop program to activate sales among the small holders and the emerging contractors segment
- Manage the entire operations of the Branch
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
- Experience in Agri/ Construction Equipment Sales will be an added advantage
*Applicants must have a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing with 10 years experience
