2. MAINTENANCE MANAGER – ZAMLEATHER – ZAMSHU (X1)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the below:
- Create a stock holding procedure and issuing of spare parts
- To order correct spares using correct service manuals, building in time delays
- Maintenance records to be kept of all machines
- Servicing of all machines at annual “shut down” to be carried out
- Work to be carried out with health and safety procedures
- Responsible for maintenance of discipline in line with laid down procedure as outlined in the Disciplinary Code and Grievance Handling Procedure Handbook
- Any other duties assigned by Management
Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Tech Diploma in sewing machines
- 5 – 10 years’ experience
- Hydraulic Knowledge
- Pneumatic knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Computer knowledge (Excel)
- Electrical knowledge will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Required computer literacy levels
