We’re on the lookout for an Activations Specialist to join our team in Zambia who will ensure organisational effectiveness through the maintenance and sustainability of operational systems and effective reporting to relevant stakeholders.
As an Activations Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Effective documenting of campaign roll-out according to Client Manager brief
- Assistance with 3rd Party Suppliers
- Campaign Outcome reporting and tracking
- Effective recruitment, training and staffing of promotional staff and supervision
- Effective execution of field operational processes
- Effective management of tools and assets (including Uniform, GWP, POS)
- Effective staff administration which includes staff payment and tracking attendance of staff and supervisors
- Effective knowledge sharing
- Effective teamwork, leadership and self-management
What are we looking for?
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Completed relevant tertiary education
- 2-3 years’ experience in a systems / analytical environment preferably within FMCG
- Sound knowledge of full MS Office suite (required level dependent on business unit need)
