HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST
REPORTING TO: GENERAL MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Implement human resource policieS, procedures, and practices.
Ensure that a cordial Industrial relations atmosphere prevails in the workplace.
Maintaining Human Resource records and a comprehensive database to facilitate and effect administration of the company.
Coordinate and handle disciplinary cases and grievances.
Ensure provision of materials, health and welfare facilities in accordance with the Conditions of Service.
Carry out recruitment and selectee] exercise.
Perform any other duties lawfulfy assigned by the supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Full Grade 12 School Certificate
Bachelor of Science with Education or Bachelor of Art in Human Resource Management
Master of Science In Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
Registered member of Zambia Institution of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
Minimum Ten (10) years’ work experience at Senior Management Level
Experienced and with a track record in Corporate strategic formulation
Having worked in the energy sector will be an added advantage.
Sober minded and setf-driven
Minimum age 35 years
TENURE OF EMPLOYMENT
An initial contract of three (3) years fixed term contract
