Position Title 8: Mobile Broadband (MBB) Sales Manager
Location: Lusaka
Duties and responsibilities:
- Independently responsible for the sales of Huawei MBB products (Routers, CPE).
- Ensuring the completion of market targets, sales targets and payment collection targets.
- Establish, consolidate, and maintain relationships with local carriers based on market strategies.
- Collect market information and competitive product information for business analysis.
- Assist the test department in signing for, sending samples, and performing some simple tests.
- Conduct commercial negotiation with the procurement department of the carrier.
- Assist the HQ in completing the entire project until the project is closed.
- Maintains great relations with vendors, contractors, subscribers, customers, and the general public in carrying out the responsibilities of this position
- Any other duties as delegated by supervisor/ management.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Be familiar with Huawei device products (Routers, CPE).
- Have experience in MBB product project sales.
- Work experience related to carrier customer relations is preferred.
- Working in MBB industry for more than 3 years is preferred.
Qualifications and requirements
- Degree in Sales/ Marketing or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in telecom industry or information technology.
- Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
- High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline
- Experience must reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above
- Strong communication and organizational skill
