OVERALL PURPOSE
The Administrator IT Service Desk is responsible of tracking incidents and service requests, as well as addressing support requests, in order to ensure that service levels and targets are maintained and fulfilled, meeting customer satisfaction.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
Professional Registration:
Member of an ICT professional Body with valid Practicing Certificate
Minimum Experience :
3 years’ experience in Telecommunications Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role in IT.
Key Skills:
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
