Education Qualifications:
Sales Executive should posses a degree or diploma in Business or management or IT or marketing or related field.
Experience:
At least three (3) years experience in a fast paced technology company
Pass Zynle aptitude tests or Certification in a relevant discipline

Job Description:
This role involves actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, reference, up sell, cross sell and social media and setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
The sales Executive will be also involved in conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Responsibilities / Essential Duties:
1. Build good working relationships
2. Understand the needs of your business customers
3. Research the market and related products
4. Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
5. Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
6. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
7. Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
8. Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
9. Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
10. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
11. Gather market and customer information
12. Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
13. Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
14. Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
15. Check the quantities of goods on display and in stock
16. Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Required Skills / Knowledge:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
2. Proficiency in English
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
4. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
5. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
6. Fast learner and passion for sales
7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
8. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
