Production Operative Kool Trucking Limited

Jahmekya Meat Products is a newly opened butchery, situated at Moyo farms Complex in Kabwe along great North road .The Butchery is looking to employ a production operative.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making different types of butchery products daily i,e sausages, salami, Poloni and smoked products according to Company formular.
• Make a production plan for the next day.
• Identify and make all different cuts of meats
• Update the production book following the given procedure.
• Weigh and record every product or item that goes to the butchery.
• Clean the production room and the equipment after use.
• Making daily production reports.
• Update the inventory book on a daily basis

REQUIREMENTS

• should have a grade 12 certificate
• relevant professional qualification from a recognized institution of learning
• 2 traceable references from previous employers
• police clearance
• medical report of not more than 3 months
• must be able to keep good records
• must be a team player
• must have good customer service skills
• must be punctual
• must be clean
