Purpose of the Job
The school is seeking a Groundsman who will maintain the cleanliness of the school premises and work areas.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of Junior Secondary School certificate
- Must demonstrate basic written and oral skills
Key Skills
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in both English and Bemba
- Reliable, physically fit, enthusiastic, and willing to work outside in all-weather conditions
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work well independently and as a team member
- Awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reading skills for following instructions
- Maths skills for measuring cleaning fluids
