Job Description
We are looking for Tellers to work in our Mobile Money and Banking Agent Booths / Offices. Interested candidates must be hard working, target and goal oriented and must have a pleasing personality and excellent customer service attitude. If you possess basic math and computer skills, love interacting with people and would like to put these skills to work for you, we want you. Should possess a full grade 12 certificate with credit in Math and English.
Should possess basic Math, Computer and Communication Skills.
Tertiary qualification holders will be given an advantage.
At least 1 year post qualification experience.
Experience in a related role will be advantageous.
Ready to do Police employee finger prints.
A signed surety in gainful employment is non-negotiable.
Be able to politely greet and interact with customers.
Manage a high volume of transactions on a daily basis
Correctly balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of a work shift.
Maintaining a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Ability to handle a high volume of transactions.
Familiarity with cash desk equipment, such as point-of-sale (POS) machines, scanners and cash drawers will be advantageous.
Alert and attentive to details.
