1. BAKER CHISAMBA (6)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Opening production area and carrying out loading stock for deliveries
- Making sure all equipment are clean, in good working condition and report all faults
- Cleaning all tools and maintaining clean and hygienic baking conditions in the bakery
- Baking different bakery production per recipe and target requirements
- Controlling all bakery equipment during use to set standards
- Following daily chore chart from the Supervisor
- Suggesting changes to the Bakery Manager, supervisors, and attending all bakery seminars, training, and workshops
- Constantly communicating with the bakery manager/Supervisor
The Required Qualifications are:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Food production qualification.
- 3 years previous experience.
- Required computer literacy levels
- Detail-orientated with the technical aptitude and ability to perform tasks accurately and comprehensively
The Required Attributes Include:
- Mathematical,
- Presentation, and
- Communication skills.
- Must be honest and dependable
