aYo Insurance Brokers Zambia is looking to employ Direct Sales Agents (Commission Based Pay) to be based in Lusaka.
Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Agent will promote and sell aYo insurance solutions to MTN subscribers locally as well as applying the cross selling and upselling dynamics to meet aggressive daily sales targets set by the business from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age entry 25 years and above.
- Must be a Lusaka resident.
- Grade 12 certificate (Minimum).
- Experience in sales is an added advantage.
- Must possess selling skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous Sales and Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
- Must be a self-driven individual able to work towards meeting set Targets.
- Good Customer Service and Negotiating skills.
- Able to work well as an individual as well as able to fit in well in a team.
- Sober minded and Trust worthy individual
