JOB REQUIREMENTS / DESCRIPTION – CASHIER
Qualifications
Minimum – Full Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Proficiency in Pastel Accounting Package
Job Responsibilities
- Raise all sales invoices via Pastel
- Handling all cash transactions of MUZ Milling
- Receive all payments by cash / cheque etc
- Make all payments by cash / cheque
- Banking of cheques and cash in company bank accounts
- Checking daily cash accounts
- Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports of cash transactions
- Maintaining Petty Cash imprest and reimbursement
- Filing and record keeping of all cash transactions and cheque requisitions
- Any other duties as may be assigned by immediate Supervisor
