A Producer/Production Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the production process for various marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing the production process for various marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Communicating with the Account Managers/Clients to understand their needs and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Managing and mentoring a team of production staff
- Overseeing the development of creative concepts and ensuring that they align with the client’s brand and objectives
- Liaise with the Creative Director, Casting Manager, Studio & Equipment Manager, Editing Team, and Graphics Team
- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as marketing, advertising, or production management
- 5+ years of experience in a production or project management role in a marketing or advertising agency
- Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with industry-standard production software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Knowledge of using Nifty is a plus
