- Ensuring that system is correctly updated with tracking information received from transporters.
- To pull a report from the system, check for authenticity and send to Controllers/Management/Clients
- To closely monitor transit vehicles from loading point and ensure that breakdowns, accidents and delays are adequately reported to Management/Controllers.
- To evaluate performance of individual transporters and report to management monthly.
- And any other duties assigned
