We Bliss Fashions are looking for a beauty advisor to offer personalized services to our walk-in and online clients so as to help them choose the right beauty products and meet their beauty goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet clients upon arrival.
- Handle walk in and online client orders.
- Work closely with our delivery team to ensure orders are fullfilled as requested.
- Help Walkin & online clients find the products they are looking for.
- Manage & online client accounts .
- Inform all clients on prices and special offers.
- Assist in marketing all products in our store.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during peak times.
- Ability to meet and exceed set targets.
- Great work ethic and attitude.
- Creative & Proactive.
- Excellent time management
- Good marketing skills (having an instagram and facebook page is an added advantage)
- Grade 12 certificate
