Yalelo is seeking highly motivated, energetic, and hard-working individual to take up a temporary role of IT Graduate Trainee.
Location: This position is based in Lusaka.
The Right-Fit candidate will:
- Provide help desk and systems support.
- Administer service requests through the recommended help desk processes.
- Identify issues, alerts, or malfunctions in software and/or hardware components.
- Identify and respond to network-related, end-user related and server-side incidentss.
- Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and protocols when resolving ICT incidents.
- Escalate unresolved ICT incidents.
- Gather data for network health check reports for other (software and hardware) teams.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma In Information Technology or related field.
