Position Overview
The Corporate Sales Coordinator for Retail Institutions is responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and customer support of Retail Institution corporate customers.
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment of retail corporate institutions for the following business lines:
Electronic Voucher Distribution
Merchant and Online Payments
Bulk Payments
Cash Deposits and Cash Withdrawals
Key corporate institutions target market will be
Retail chains, Restaurants, OMCs, Distributors, FMCG and NGOs
Ensuring customers are retained and receive the necessary support within the company approved guidelines
Build and formulate sales strategies for the retail corporate space
Guide exco on retail corporate sales strategies and align sales to company goals
Recruitment and management of any sales representative within retail corporate sales
Report on performance of region
As well as above, any other duties given by management
Accountability and Performance Measures
Accountable for achievement of revenue targets for the following business lines:
Airtime and Bill Payments
Cash Deposits and Cash Withdrawals
Merchant and Online Payments
Bulk Payments
Accountable for performance of the sales representatives within the retail corporate sales team
Accountable for acceptable service levels
Organizational Alignment
Reports directly to the Managing Director
Qualifications
Minimum 3-year degree in any field
Four years post qualification sales experience in the FMCG space
Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital financial services
Experience in leading a team of 5 or more people
Passed cGrate sales aptitude test
