- Full Grade 12 School Certificate with five (05) O level passes
- Degree/Diploma in automotive engineering or equivalent
- 5 years minimum working experience
- Above 35 years of age
- Mechanical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems
- Ability to use computerized diagnostic equipment well
- Organizational skills
- Ability to schedule
- Dexterity and coordination
- Customer service skills
