Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fleet Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers with min. experience of 4-5 years in the similar business
Duties/Responsibilities:
The Fleet Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Fleet Account Manager responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers (transporters), connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
Fleet Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Finance, Operation, Supply chain) to improve the entire customer experience.
The Fleet account manager needs to focus on LSD and Petrol Sales through large nos. of Fleet by making strategic tie ups.
Drafts and store the contracts with potential Fleet customers and manage the existing contract with customers.
He/She needs to focus on cross sales like Lubricants, Tyres, Battery apart from regular Fuel sales with potential Fleet customers.
Make and execute marketing calendar with the help of Territory manager.
Follow all safety guidelines as per the company norms
Make and follow for Debtors recovery on regular basis and give weekly report on debtors
Make and give Daily, weekly and Monthly reports on Fleet progress
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Thorough experience of Sales & marketing
Past experience in dealing with Fleet customers will be advantageous
Team Player & Leadership quality
Ability to start from Scratch
Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.( Excellent presentation skills)
Ability to be both creative and analytical.
Extremely detail-oriented and accurate.
Education and Experience:
Any Bachelor’s degree like Marketing/Commerce/Science
Certified engineer from Zambian authority
Physical Requirements:
He/She needs to be on field working closely with Fleet customers
Must be able to travel to different Provisions (Knowledge of all provinces)
Able to drive with valid Zambian license (Own car will be advantageous)
Strong enough to do the recovery from the customers
