CTS Engineering is a Zambian owned company specialized in general supplying of construction materials, Electrical material, Earthmoving machines spare parts, PEP and other generals supplies in mining and Construction Industry.
We are looking for two (2) dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a sales Consultant, you will establish, develop and maintain productive long lasting business relationship and implementing marketing strategies to help increase our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Present, Promote and sell all products/services offered by CTS Engineering to existing and prospecting customers
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Forecast sales, develop (out of the box )sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Perform cost benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon personal and sales team targets and outcomes within schedule
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Any Business related field.
At least 6 months experience in marketing and sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to create, evaluate and report on marketing campaigns.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This position is commission-based; the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
The preferred candidates should reside in Kitwe.
