The National Museums Board is a Statutory Body under the Ministry of Tourism, established by an Act of Parliament Chapter 174 of 1966 of the Laws of Zambia. Therefore, the Board is now inviting suitably qualified Zambians to fill in the following vacant positions:
Station: National Museums Board Secretariat, Lusaka
HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Reporting to the Director General, the Human Resource and Administration Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource and administrative support services in order to facilitate smooth operations of the Board.
MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12 full certificate with 6 credits including English, or its equivalent
MINIMUMACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BSc in Human Resource Management
MINIMUM PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
MA/MSc in Human Resource Management
MINIMUM RELEVANT PRE-JOB EXPERIENCE
3 years’ experience at managerial level
MAJOR SKILLS
Managerial, office etiquette, communication (oral and written), computer literate, public relations, negotiation, and conflict management skills
OTHER SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
Courteous and tact, confidentiality and counselling skills.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
