The National Museums Board is a Statutory Body under the Ministry of Tourism, established by an Act of Parliament Chapter 174 of 1966 of the Laws of Zambia. Therefore, the Board is now inviting suitably qualified Zambians to fill in the following vacant positions:
National Museums Board Secretariat, Lusaka
Reporting to the Director General, the Internal Auditor will be responsible for managing all the audit programmes in order to ensure that financial resources allocated to the Board are utilized in accordance with the financial regulations and also for developing of organizational Financial Manual.
MINIMUMACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12 full certificate with 6 credits including English, or its equivalent
MINIMUM VOCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
ACCA/CIMAZICA or its equivalent
MINIMUM RELEVANT PRE-JOB QUALIFICATIONS
5 years in Accounting/Auditing
MAJOR ATTRIBUTES
Managerial, Communication (oral and written), Computer literacy skills OTHER SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES Courteous and tactful, confidentiality
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Must be a member of ZICA/Institute of Internal Auditors
