CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE (x1)
- Welcoming students and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Ensuring that all contacts with clients (e-mail, walk-In centre, SMS, Whatsapp or phone) provide the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level
- Through interaction with students on the phone, uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the company’s products and services
- Consistently stays abreast of any new information on the schools’ products, promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information is supplied to students when they make enquiries
- Distributing emails to the organization
- Handling any other duties as assigned by the school authority
Qualifications
- Aged between 18 and 25
- Grade 12 certificate with 5 ‘O-levels’ with merit or better in English
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management or any business-related field
