Overview

• Able To prepare up to date, full and accurate set of accounting records and information of the company including but not limited to;

1. Chart of accounts using SAGE Evolution accounting package ,
2. Cash flow statement
3. Bank reconciliation,
4. Payroll,
5. statutory payment ( VAT, PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA INCOME TAX WHT).

• Managing Payable

1. Analyse and maintain Accounts Payable performance
2. Review supplier invoices and supporting documents against invoice
3. Reconciliation of suppliers’ sub-ledger accounts to the general ledger every month.

• Managing Receivables.

1. Reconciling and sending Receivables accounts to clients
2. Debt collection
3. Invoicing
4. Receipting
5. Age analysis

• Good knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Excellent IT skills and competent user of Sage Evolution (Pastel), Excel, Power Point and MS Office suite
