Receptionist Brilliance Executive Management Consultancy

Job Purpose:
The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, mail distribution and providing additional clerical support to the Partners.

Summary of Key Responsibilities;

  • Front office management- ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Welcoming guests, determining the nature of business, and directing guests to the appropriate personnel/Lawyer.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, determining the purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to person or department.
  • Help to organize internal and external meetings
  • Assist the PA with Dairy management for the Partners and the Executive team
  • Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • Weekly update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform secretarial duties include organizing/maintaining files (typing of legal documents)
  • Any other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor

Primary Areas of Accountability:

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Public/Business Administration or a related field
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years’ work experience as a Receptionist/Front Office or Executive Assistant
  • Working experience as a Receptionist for a Bank or Telecoms will be a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
